Related California and McCourt Partners Form Joint Venture to Deliver 530 Sansome

Today, Related California, the West Coast division of Related Companies, and McCourt Partners, a family-owned real estate development, investment and management company, announced a joint venture to co-develop 530 Sansome with McCourt also acquiring an equity stake in the project. Located between Sansome and Battery Streets, 530 Sansome will bring a new fire station, commercial office, hotel, retail and restaurants to San Francisco’s growing Jackson Square neighborhood adjacent to the Financial District.

One block east of the Transamerica Pyramid and one block west of One Maritime Plaza, once complete, 530 Sansome will include a 41-story, 342,000 square feet office space, five-star hotel, 7,400 square feet of retail and restaurant uses, and a new Fire Station 13 at 447 Battery Street in close collaboration with the San Francisco Fire Department.
