McCourt Partners and HN Capital Partners announced today the launch of the Hi Line Farmers Market, a new twice-monthly community gathering beginning on Saturday, April 11, at 1650 Oaklawn Avenue within the Dallas Design District.

The Hi Line Farmers Market will bring together a curated mix of more than 25 vendors offering fresh produce, artisanal foods, prepared meals, specialty goods, and handcrafted items. The market aims to foster community connections and celebrate local makers.

“Bringing communities together is at the heart of what we do at McCourt Partners,” said Jordan Lang, President at McCourt Partners. “The Hi Line Farmers Market will not only showcase some of the best local food and artisan vendors in North Texas but also create a welcoming place for neighbors and visitors to gather, shop, and connect.”

“Our vision for the Design District goes beyond buildings—it’s about creating a vibrant destination that reflects Dallas’s energy,” said Vipin Nambiar, Founder and Managing Partner of HN Capital Partners. “The Hi Line Farmers Market embodies that vision, bringing together art, culture, food, and community in a way that feels fresh, local, and uniquely Dallas.”

The Hi Line Farmer’s Market will be open every other Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. beginning April 11. Admission is free and open to the public. For more information and updates on vendors and special programming, please visit fourseasonsmarkets.com.
