The Stage is a mixed-use commercial and residential project in the Shoreditch neighborhood of London.
The project broke ground on the site of the lost Curtain Theater of Elizabethan England, where Shakespeare first performed Romeo and Juliet and Henry IV. Upon discovering the ruins and realizing their cultural significance, the project incorporated over an acre of public space, including a performance area, park, and exhibit showcasing the underground ruins of this historic landmark. The development debuted summer 2023 with over 400 luxury condominiums and more than 250,000 square feet of prime commercial office and retail space.
