Hi Line Square will feature a 17-story office tower with 186,000 square feet of workspace, a 30-story residential tower offering 300 units, and 45,000 square feet of retail and dining spaces. Designed by Perkins & Will, the project blends industrial charm with modern design, including stepped towers with terraces and a pedestrian-friendly plaza centered around a mature heirloom tree. This activated public realm fosters community engagement, with dynamic retail spaces opening onto the plaza to invite foot traffic and create a lively atmosphere.
