Designed by Los Angeles-based KFA Architecture, 950 Stadium Way is a proposed six-story, 65-unit apartment building featuring eight ELI affordable units, as well as a new community plaza featuring built-in seating, lush landscaping, and a walking path.
In keeping with the company’s commitment to the highest levels of sustainability, green building design elements include rooftop photovoltaic solar power systems, expansive roof gardens with stormwater reclamation technology, all-electric appliances, EV parking spots, and added green space.
