Designed by WOMO Architects, 788 W College Street is a seven-story, 170-unit apartment building planned to replace a commercial building. Plans include adding 68 units to those approved in previous entitlements, including 17 ELI affordable units, a generously landscaped space on the property’s hillside, and the planting of 40 native tree species.

In addition to the highest levels of sustainability, the building’s design is stepped downward at both ends to mimic the neighborhood’s sloping character and create cascading terraces directly accessible from larger two-bedroom units. The southern-facing facades feature triangular balconies cantilevered above a central pool deck with city views and access to a lounge, fitness center, and other amenities.
