In 2015, McCourt Partners partnered with Florida East Coast Realty and Corigin Real Estate Group to acquire and develop Brickell’s last remaining waterfront site.

The 2.3-acre waterfront site was designed by Norman Foster as the tallest residential tower south of Manhattan, with over one million square feet of luxury condominiums. The building featured thoughtful elements to withstand changing environmental patterns and prioritize the long-term welfare of its residents. While the partnership intended to launch sales in 2022, the wave of new investment interest in Miami post-COVID created an opportunity for McCourt Partners to achieve its investment objective through a site sale in 1Q22 before consummating its full business plan.
