Designed by Los Angeles-based KFA Architecture, 959 Stadium Way comprises two eight-story apartment buildings totaling 267 units, including 30 ELI affordable units. The plans include a lushly landscaped interior courtyard featuring ample recreation space and multiple green building design elements.

The natural terrain has inspired the design and takes advantage of the steep slope by offsetting the building heights from one another to maximize views from an increased number of units. A terraced amenity deck connects the two buildings, complete with a swimming pool, landscaped lounge areas, firepits, and a four-story glass-enclosed central amenity building.
